Hey guys, thanks for putting up that breakdown of how you saw the fight based on the 10 point must system. Even though i saw the fight differently i understand how you arrived at 47-47. The whole fight basically came down to round 3 (the most uneventful round of the fight lol).

but ya, thanks again, that really cleared things up.

About round three... Isn't a fighter given points for trying to finish? Jackson was barely mobile in the 3rd and Forrest still kept his distance most of the time. I think he should lose that round for failing to close the deal and letting Rampage recuperate.

They're both big-hearted goofy guys, but in the cage they should be going in for the kill.

We can't measure things that didn't happen, only the things that did. The scores are entirely based on the successful techniques used by the fighters. Measuring "effort to finish" is something left to human judges.
